1. DMCA Overview
OmniEmoji respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on OmniEmoji infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the following information:
Required Information
- Description: A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- URL: The specific URL(s) of the infringing material on OmniEmoji
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Repeat Infringers
OmniEmoji will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
