1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OmniEmoji, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

Free Users

Free downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use downloaded emojis in personal messages, social media posts, and non-commercial projects.

Pro Users

Pro subscribers receive a personal use license covering all formats (PNG, SVG, GIF). Commercial use requires a separate Commercial License.

Commercial License

Commercial License holders may use emojis in commercial products, applications, websites, and printed materials. Redistribution of raw emoji files is not permitted.

3. Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw emoji files
• Do not claim ownership of the emojis
• Do not use emojis in a way that competes with OmniEmoji
• Do not use automated tools to bulk download emojis without authorization

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

OmniEmoji contains emoji assets from multiple sources:

• Microsoft Fluent UI Emoji — Based on Microsoft Fluent UI Emoji, licensed under the MIT License. Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation.
• AI-Generated Content — Some emojis are generated using AI models (Replicate Flux). AI-generated emojis created by users are owned by the users, subject to the AI model provider's terms of service.

The OmniEmoji platform, website design, and value-added services (format conversion, search, organization, AI generation tools) are proprietary to OmniEmoji.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
